Joseph Goosey
So what do you advise?
That I bite my nails while waiting for a 116 day form rejection
from the Yale Review?
You can't sit on the toilet reading
prose and watching the palm trees melt
Or can you???
A gimmick sits on your door step
Tapping it's foot and trying to conjure some magic
or some miracle.
A stoic dog
Lying in the hardened hands of a West African,
stares at the time on the wall and wonders about sandpaper.
The girl who weighs about 155 and listens to catchy rock
music
Turned around and said to me, you sure do move your pencil loudly
on that paper.
Art
I know, is as useless as the many spaces between
words.
